How to enter: It’s simple!

1. Take a photo of your favourite space featuring your Omega appliance.

2. Send it to us via Instagram DM @galleriestudio or email social@accurateservices.com.au.

3. Include your full name and property address.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – OMEGA APPLIANCES X GALLERIE

1.PROMOTER

This competition is jointly promoted by Omega Appliances and Gallerie ("the Promoters").

Omega Appliances: An Australian owned brand specialising in kitchen and laundry appliances. Established in a Sydney garage in 1981, the company is known for its European designed, functional, and budget-friendly products tailored to modern Australian homes and entertaining

Gallerie: Gallerie connects builders, clients, and trusted suppliers through interior design selection studios in Melbourne, Ballarat, and Bendigo.

2. COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on 13th July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 17 August 2026 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoters are not eligible to enter.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must:

• Take a photo of their Omega appliance in their home during the Competition Period; and

• Submit their entry along with their full name and contact details via Instagram DM @gallereistudio or by emailing the photo directly to social@accurateservices.com.au.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be the original work of the entrant. By submitting a photo, the entrant confirms they are the photographer and owner of the image and grants the Promoters a non-exclusive licence to use the image for promotional purposes. The property in which the Omega appliance is photographed must belong to a client who completed their interior design consultation through Gallerie. The Omega appliance featured in the photograph must have been purchased as part of the Gallerie interior design consultation and selections process.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

• Omega 46 Bottle Dual Zone Wine Cabinet (RRP AU$2499), delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner.

Delivery will be arranged by the Promoters at no cost to the winner. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any change in prize value between the date of publication and the date the prize is awarded.

6. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place on or around 19^th August 2026. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry within 5 business days of the draw. The winner must be a Victorian resident.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The winner must respond and claim their prize within 14 days of notification, including providing a valid Australian delivery address. Failure to claim within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a redraw may be conducted.

8. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. Entrants consent to being contacted by the Promoters in connection with this competition.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

• The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of circumstances outside their reasonable control.

• Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be deemed invalid.

• The Promoters' decision regarding all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.

10. PERMISSIONS

-          By entering the competition, entrants grant Omega Appliances and Gallerie a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit and share the submitted images and associated content across digital, print, social media, advertising and promotional channels.

-          Entrants consent to their first name, suburb and submitted images being published by the Promoters for promotional purposes.

-          Personal information will be used solely for the administration of this competition and will not be added to marketing databases without consent.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This competition is subject to all applicable Australian federal and state laws. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
